Because
A. At this point of time, most countries not yet legalise such acts.
B. I have not heard of any bacteria carrying new DNA. Who will be so silly as to do this?
C. It’s unlike ‘take it up on it’s own’.
D. Sounds close but, you said EX VIVO! so, doesn’t match!
