DNA extraction procedure from buccal cells?
I want a standardised protocol for DNA extraction from buccal cells.I have tried some protocols,but there is contamination.How to find the DNA that has been extracted is without contamination and confirm its DNA? Through spectrophotometry reading or by running the sample in agarose gel? Which is the best method?Please answer this question.Thanks
