If you get the H1N1 Vaccine can you or do you need to also get the seasonal flu vaccine?
As in if I get the H1N1 vaccine will I also need the regular flu vaccine to prevent against the seasonal flu.

Yes, and you can get both shots on the same day (just in different arms). You can also get 1 via the nasal spray and the other by an injection. However, you cannot (should not) get both by nasal spray on the same day.


Yes, the seasonal flu and H1N1 require separate vaccines. Contracting the seasonal flu does not protect you against H1N1, and contracting H1N1 does not protect you against the seasonal flu.
