Rapid-VACC™ DNA vaccine cloning services

Rapid-VACC is a cloning service that allows production of new vaccines in a 2-4 week timeframe, in keeping with pandemic response preparedness.  The process incorporates rational design (Williams et al., 2009) and proven DNA vaccine backbones (Williams et al., 2006).

Alternatively, NTC also provides vectors and kits for the construction of DNA vaccines:

Recombineering Vectors: Chromosome Engineering in E. coli

Options include RIG-1 activating eRNA elements:

Rig-1 Activating DNA Vaccine Vectors

And antibiotic-free plasmid DNA backbones with highest copy yielding plasmids (Luke et al., 2009):

Antibiotic-free RNA-OUT Marker for Mammailian Expression andDNA Vaccine Vectors
