The HyperGRO™ animal product free (APF) formulations and non-exclusive license will be provided under confidentiality, along with sample protocols, SOPs, master plans and batch records, ready for implementation in your facility. Up to two days of engineer’s time and one day of regulatory affairs personnel time will be dedicated to the tech transfer, with additional engineering and scientific assistance available.

XXXHyperGRO™ Licensing Opportunity

The dramatic increases in yield made possible by the HyperGRO fed batch fermentation process make it the hands-down winner in the race for purity, economy and robustness.Yields approaching 2g/L of plasmid DNA have been achieved, and this translatesdirectly to your bottom line, return on investment. Consider the cost of producing 100 million (10E8) doses of a DNA vaccine (100µg/dose), or 10kg. At an out-source cost of $46,000/gram (GMP), the net cost of production would be $460 million. Performing the work in-house using a 5,000 L fermentor, at 15mg/L DNA yield, would produce 75g, necessitating 133 fermentor runs to obtain the required amount. On the other hand, using HyperGRO fed batch media, five runs completes the task (or one batch using a 25,000 liter fermentor), saving many millions of dollars in production costs, and reducing the unit cost from dollars to pennies.

HyperGRO™ fermentation broths push the limits of productivity of E coli dramatically higher, to approximately 240mg/l (batch fermentation) and 1.5 g/l (fed batch). Reaserch kits are available to select customers for proof of concept studies. Industrial users famiiar with the process will prefer a site license (commercial or wholesale), permtting them to regularly ‘batch up’ their fermentors according to internal regulatory procedures.

Do it yourself or let us provide you with the highly concentrated, E. coli Cell Paste containing your plasmid DNA.
