Do you want to purify pDNA with your own downstream process, but you also want to take advantage of NTC’s HyperGRO^™ fed-batch fermentation technology?  If so, you may want to order your plasmid as frozen, concentrated cell paste, directly from NTC.  NTC will perform a 10L fed-batch HyperGRO fermentation using its optimal process (typical yields: 300mg-2.6g/L), and send you the equivalent of up to 1g of pDNA in the form of paste (or, the amount available from 10L), for $3,200.  Additional grams, if available, are $1,000/g.  Additional fermentations are available upon request, and may result in greater yields due to knowledge gleaned from early fermentations.


Process Development Fermentations:

Paste fermentations are thus incorporated into process development, and may be ordered for that purpose alone, or they may be combined with purification in order to obtain pDNA.  If you choose to have NTC purify the DNA, the cost of the fermentation ($3,200) will be deducted from the regular cost of purified DNA.
